Milky Oats Tincture - 1 ounce and/or 2 ounce bottle

Milky Oats are a must for all of us living in today’s fast paced world where we demand so much of our bodies and minds. This plant is full of vitamins and minerals that support the nervous system and balance our energy, helping us to remain calm and focused.  

Planted in the fall, Milky Oat Tops begin to plump in early June of the following year. We harvest the seed heads of the Avena sativa plant when they are fat with milky latex to make our fresh tincture. This only happens once per growing season, making this tincture even more special!

DIRECTIONS: Shake bottle well before use. Take ½ to 1 dropperful up to 4 times per day.
