Returns / Refunds
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on perishable items (bulk herbs, teas, liquids) that have left the store.
Unopened, untampered non perishable items with receipt no older than 7 days can get store credit or an even exchange within the store.
If you have items damaged during transit. Please be so kind to address it first with USPS as we are incredibly busy and shipping is a special service we offer our loyal customers. If your issue is not solved then please give us a call and we will make it right. You must let us know within 3 days of your shipment if you have any issues with your package or we relinquish responsibility.
If you put in the wrong address or misspelled your delivery address and the package is returned to us> You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to resend it.
